Jim’s career began in Columbus, Ohio at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease, where he became a partner in 1995. Jim left Vorys in 2000 and joined a firm that came to be known as Clark, Perdue, Arnold & Scott. At the same time, he successfully prosecuted and defended major class action litigation involving ERISA claims, public utilities and mortgage fraud.
