James is an experienced trial lawyer, focusing his practice on commercial litigation, consumer law, and product liability law. James has handled numerous claims relating to the breach of employment covenants and the appropriation of trade secrets, and served as Counsel for the Columbus Board of Realtors during arbitration and ethics hearings.

As a Judicial Clerk for the State of Ohio, Seventh District Court of Appeals and as a practitioner, James also has an extensive background in appellate law.
