James E. Arnold Also Recognized As One of Nine "Local Litigation Stars" in State

The publication used a methodology that identified firms that have "displayed the ability to consistently handle complex, high-stakes cases in multiple jurisdictions." The national search of firms focused on eight separate categories, including antitrust, civil rights/human rights, employment/labor, insurance, intellectual property, mass torts/products liability, personal injury and securities.

Interviews with some of the nation’s leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel conducted between January and of 2011 were also part of the magazine’s process.
