Biography

Stefanie has a broad legal background with two decades of experience in leadership, labor and employment, governance, regulatory affairs, litigation, education, contract management and compliance. She has a combination of corporate and public sector experience working with a variety of business organizations. Stefanie possesses strong verbal and written skills, combined with excellent collaboration abilities with the highest integrity and dedicated work ethic. Prior to joining the firm Stefanie was a Senior Attorney in the City Attorney's office in Columbus focused on labor and employment matters. She was the Secretary, General Counsel & Director of Corporate Health and Safety for MPW Industrial Services Group, Inc. until November 2018. Stefanie was directly responsible for litigation management, labor and employment matters, corporate governance, contract review, risk management, compliance, and regulatory affairs.

Stefanie graduated in 2001 from the University of Dayton with a bachelor's degree in communication with minors in political science and women's studies. She received her juris doctor degree from The Ohio State University's Michael E. Moritz College of Law in 2004. Stefanie began a PhD program at The Ohio State University College of Education and Human Ecology, Department of Educational Studies with a focus in Educational Policy in 2021.
