Biography
James Reising is a business litigator at Arnold & Clifford. He represents companies and executives in contract, employment, and other complex commercial disputes, ranging from pre-suit strategy through appeal. Before joining the firm, James served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Ohio Attorney General’s Constitutional Offices, where he worked on high-profile matters of statewide impact. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2022. During law school, James received the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts, was on the championship team in the Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Moot Court Competition, and served as a Staff Editor for the Ohio State Technology Law Journal.
