Biography
Dan is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney with exceptional negotiation skills and an unwavering reputation for delivering practical, real-world solutions for his clients.
He represents individuals and organizations (both plaintiffs and defendants) in various areas of civil litigation, including, but not limited to, business/commercial, construction, personal injury, trust and estate, employment, real estate, premises liability, defamation, and wrongful death.
Prior to joining Arnold & Clifford LLP, Dan was an insurance defense attorney with Rohrbachers Cron Manahan Trimble Zimmerman Co. LPA. He represented multiple Fortune 100 insurance carriers and their insureds. Dan began his legal career as a Judicial Attorney for the Honorable Judges Dale A. Crawford and Patrick M. McGrath with the Ohio Court of Claims.
